Which airport is closest?
The nearest airports are Catania and Palermo, both about 2 hours away by car. A car is recommended to get around the area.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is a large free car park right in front of the villa, plus free street parking.
Is the villa suitable for children?
Yes. There are children’s books and toys, board games and a large garden. Write to us if you need a cot or high chair.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
Yes, the villa has both air conditioning and heating, so it is comfortable in every season.
Can I work remotely from the villa?
Yes: there is Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection and a dedicated workspace. Long stays, even over 28 days, are welcome.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. The host welcomes you in person on arrival.
How do I pay, and what is the cancellation policy?
You pay a 30% confirmatory deposit when booking, online by card (Stripe) or by bank transfer, and the balance 14 days before arrival. If you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded. Full details are on the Booking page.
